About the Programme
This program provides those interested to be an entrepreneurs with the skills, and the tools to face this challenge with confidence to achieve their business goals. You will have the opportunity to think through the competitive challenge you face and to work through the models and ideas on the course and to develop a change plan. The second part is a Food Handling program to enhance the understanding and increase the awareness of food handlers and food handling practices in a clean and safe manner to prevent food poisoning.

This program is for all categories of food handlers involved in receiving, storage, preparation and serving of food, inclusive of those in the food manufacturing, food service, hospitality, food retail industry on-shore and off-shore catering. Home-based food operators are also required to undergo this program.
